*DeSoto January: Must have a Season Choice Area 21 permit which allows one bonus antlerless deer. Access permit required and subject to change by Refuge personnel.
*Boyer Chute October Early: Only legal muzzleloaders and shotguns, one bonus antlerless deer.
*Boyer Chute October Late: Only legal muzzleloaders and scopes, and shotguns 20 gauge or larger that fire a single slug, one bonus antlerless deer.
*Clear Creek: Muzzleloaders only. Antlerless mule deer prohibited. One bonus antlerless white-tailed deer.
Season Choice Permits: Hunting allowed with appropriate weapon during respective season dates.

*North Sioux Muzzleloader - NEW IN 2006 - Same as North Sioux Firearm Unit *Prairie Muzzleloader - NEW IN 2006 - Statewide, except that the North Sioux Firearm Unit and Bessey Division of the Nebraska National Forest in Blaine and Thomas counties are not included.
** Closed in all firearm units during period open to firearm antelope hunting. All permits are 100% either sex except on the Bessey Division of the Nebraska National Forest, where the harvest is limited to 1 antelope with horns longer than ears.
